Creative Bible Teaching
We teach the Bible in creative and interactive ways that bring God’s Word to life. We want to help kids see that the Bible is not just a series of stories, but one big story of God’s great love for them and their guidebook to fearlessly share His love with others!
-
Safety
We desire our space to be where kids feel emotionally and physically safe. We use a secure check-in/check-out system with claim tags, and each of our volunteers are background checked and specifically trained.
-
Relationships
We provide opportunities for kids to create friendships and have authentic community with others that can help to deepen their relationship with Jesus.
-
FUN
We value creating fun environments where kids can learn about Jesus, including games, activities, music, laughter, and interactive experiences.
-
Partnering with Parents
We recognize that God has called parents to be the primary faith-nurturers of children. Therefore, we choose to partner with each family as they provide the spiritual direction for the next generation.
-
Inclusive
We aim to be an inclusive environment and partner with families who may need extra support for a child who experiences special needs or disability. We believe that we are better together!
quote-left
CHILDREN ARE A HERITAGE FROM THE LORD, OFFSPRING A REWARD FROM HIM. LIKE ARROWS IN THE HANDS OF A WARRIOR ARE CHILDREN BORN IN ONE’S YOUTH. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE QUIVER IS FULL OF THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME WHEN THEY CONTEND WITH THEIR OPPONENTS IN COURT.
Psalms 127:3-5
How Should I Prepare My Kids?
Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into our Kids Ministry. Either a Lifepoint Kids Volunteer or parents will be asked to Check-In on the computer and print out a name tag and a claim tag, which will be given or printed for parents to present at Check-Out. Both formats will include your child’s name as well as information regarding specific allergies. From there, we will walk them to their age-specific classroom. When you return at the end of service, you will Check-Out your child by signing or checking them out on the computer and handing the claim tag to the teacher.
Thank you so much for helping us as we strive to make our Kids Ministry a safe environment for your kids to learn about God.
